the power of using food, just real food, for gut health and the science telling us so

So much of the talk on gut health is centered on supplements, but imagine if cauliflowers or bananas had the marketing budget of them? We’d definitely be hearing mostly about them - not the other way around. Jeannette will talk about the power of using food, just real food, for gut health and the science telling us so. Plus a case study or two to illustrate.

"What I love about gut health is that no matter what anyone tells you, eating real, non-processed food is at the heart of it."

Jeanette is a nutritional therapist in the UK and former journalist. She was one of the first people to translate the new science of the microbiome into a practical diet approach almost 10 years ago with her book The Gut Makeover which sold all over the world. She wrote it after jumping on foods to feed the microbiome with great results with her clients - from weight to skin, to immune issues to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Jeannette now works online helping people eat well to shape their gut health to improve a range of health issues from inflammatory bowel disease to Parkinson’s. Her practice is 100 per cent based on real food - and using every eating event as an opportunity to feed your gut bacteria the foods it needs and loves - while you get the enjoyment too! She also writes a weekly Substack, aka The Gut Makeover to help you and your gut bugs eat well, to feel well.
