Dr. Simi Rezai-Ghassemi

Dr. Simi Rezai-Ghassemi, is an indigenous Āzari Iranian and an expert in Āzarbāijāni Turkic foodways. She is a scholar, storyteller, and cookery teacher based in Bath.
