Welcome to Pumpkin Whole Utilization with Jori Jayne Emde. This course will guide you through simple and creative recipes where we tackle a whole pumpkin! Make puree for baking, brine from the pumpkin water, vinegar from the roasted pumpkin skins, and miso with the seed and pulp. This class is a jumping off point for learning to think creatively with (what used-to-be) your kitchen waste.
